Summary
The client needed a centralized system to manage job estimates and documentation for municipalities and governing bodies. ITAT developed a hosted solution enabling quick job entry, estimation, and document generation, while streamlining storage, sharing, and proposal creation through reusable templates.

The Business Problem
Working with municipalities and governing bodies, ERS is asked to provide detailed job estimates and documentation. All the job information and documentation needs to be centrally managed and easily accessible by the entire organization.
The Solution
ITAT created a hosted solution that allows for quick job entry, estimation and document generation. The overhead of document sharing and tracking was alleviated by the central storage and sharing repository. Jobs can be templated from previous jobs reducing the overhead associated with creating a new proposal.
The Technical Environment
Hosted with AWS, the ERS app is running on LAMP servers with standard webstacks.
